We are looking for senior level sales professionals who have a strong and varied background.  A strong self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit
Experience leading a goal achieving sales organization
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in the areas of sales and sales management
At least 4 years in Sales Management and with forecasting\pipeline duties 
A proven track record of individual sales success, exceeded quota in at least 4 of the past 5 years, or managing a team that has exceeded target
Customer-oriented, professional services, consulting, or similar type of complex service
Has implemented a sales process within their company, or adhered to a well-defined sales process
